This jazz bar is located inside the Diocletian palace in Split. You will walk on the stone floor of this 15th century old buildung, while you enjoy a cup of coffee during the day or a drink at night, a nice wine or whiskey, with a cigar from Cuba. Jazz is always filling the background music.
In my opinion this is a must visit local spot. The bar is like a boat at the port of spirits of an old town, but waves from all around the world arrive to give us a feeling of sailing with old friends. The cool, relaxed vibe with great music offers you a nice spot to end the evening with a perfect Guiness and great whisky. All of this, with a relaxing jazz mood and a cozy decoration. The owner is one of the warmest people you’ll meet in Croatia. Nice, quiet place to drink coffee and do some work or reading during the day and a great place to relax with a draught Guinness in the evening.
